Raw data originating in Seattle, and then onto Gold Coast for design and layout, pdf’s passed through to Brisbane (Pre-press and proof), before arriving in Milwaukee (print and distribution) and finally all over the USA.
I have just completed the new 2011-2012 edition which is also 144 pages and is currently being printed.
